Parish Church – Liverpool; Installation of a full British standard compliant structural lightning protection system to this well know and popular church in the centre of Liverpool. Petrochemical: Aroma & Fine Chemical – Widnes; ongoing maintenance and structured, system upgrading to this large, specialist chemical manufacturing plant, including working in areas with potentially explosive contents. Langeled Receiving Facility – Easington; £150M Greenfield development of a large oil and gas receiving and pumping facility. Bailey International installed, tested and commissioned all the structural lightning protection and specialist earthing systems to the whole plant, including over 1,000 specialist exothermic welds and the installation of around 15KM of interconnected earthing cable. Sports Stadia: Kings Dock Arena and Conference Centre – Liverpool; £40M development of a combined 10,000 seat stadium, over 10,500 sq M of exhibition and conference facilities with 18 meeting rooms and a state of the art public gallery. Bailey International have designed, specified, Installed and commissioned the structural lightning protection and the site wide LV and HV earthing systems. JJB Stadium – Wigan; Brown field site development of a new 25,000 capacity sports stadium for premiership football and rugby league. Installation of a complete structural lightning protection system. Retail Development: New Bullring Shopping Centre – Birmingham; flag ship development in central Birmingham of over 110,000 sq M of retail space including over 160 shops. Full design, installation and commissioning of the lightning protection and LV earthing systems. Trafford Centre – Manchester; Testing, upgrading and repair of lightning protection to two new extensions and internal refits of major retail outlets in this prestigious leisure development. B&Q Stores – Nationwide; Bailey International has installed and commissioned structural lightning protection systems to numerous B&Q stores from Inverness to Southampton. PFI Developments: Broadgreen Hospital – Liverpool; £84M development of new surgical, cardiac, diagnostic and clinical facilities. Bailey International supplied, installed and commissioned the new structural lightning protection and carried out a co-ordinated installation to link into existing building systems. Hadley Learning Centre – Telford; Complete lightning protection and earthing installation to Shropshire’s first PFI school project, including a Sure start nursery, primary school, secondary school, special education needs facility, swimming pool, gymnasium and new community facilities. Rochdale Schools – Lancashire; Bailey International undertook the full design, specification, supply, installation and commission of the structural lightning protection and local LV earthing to four schools in the Rochdale area. This included works to new and existing structures.
