All our repairs and maintenance works are carried out by our own expert engineers, working to agreed methods and time scales to ensure that remedial work does not effect your staff, tenants or on site operations. Where required, we are happy to work outside normal hours and to pre-agree rates giving you peace of mind over programming and budget control.
